Birtle's location puts us well within driving distance from many National, Historical and Environmental sites of interest. Riding Mountain National Park consists of 2969 Sq. KMs and is home to a vast array of wildlife, all visible from your car or observation platforms. It is also home to some 40 Bison that roam free in the Lake Audry Bison enclosure. You can drive through the enclosure allowing you a rare opportunity to get up close and personal with some of Canada's Great Plains history.
